Within a 15 Days product will be deliver from our side.

By placing an order at our website, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions

For 1 day standard time delivery, orders must be received by Classic Wood and Craft before 6:00 pm.

For 1 day fixed time delivery, orders must be received by Classic Wood and Craft before 6:30 pm.

For 1 day midnight delivery, orders must be received by Classic Wood and Craft before 7:00 pm.

Delivery may take longer due to:

1)  Bad weather

2)  Political disruptions

3)  Other unforeseen circumstances

Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least 7 days in advance.

Deliveries via courier services cannot be delivered at specific times. All orders will be delivered during the working day between 9 am and 7pm.

In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restriction, orders will be delivered on the next working day.

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included complete address, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact number or e-mail address so that we can inform you if any delivery problems are encountered.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified within 48 hrs from delivery date.

If there is no one available at the shipping addresses to accept the delivery of your order at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made. We will surely try our best as mentioned below

If, for any reason, the delivery is “refused by recipient”, the order will be considered as delivery attempted and no refund / change of order is acceptable in this case. We, however, will try our best to convince the recipient for accepting the delivery.
